Connecting Erasmus+

Vibrante Connect is the educational branch of Vibrante Tourism, dedicated to hosting and supporting students, teachers, and youth workers coming to Turkey through the Erasmus+ program.

Erasmus+ Adult Education

We design programs for adult learners and educators that focus on lifelong learning, skill development, and cultural exchange. Participants gain valuable knowledge and experiences while exploring Turkey’s rich cultural and educational environment.

Erasmus+ Vocational Education

We organize internships, training placements, and practical learning opportunities for vocational students and staff. By connecting participants with local companies and professionals, we help them develop industry skills and real-world experience in an international setting.

Erasmus+ School Education

We host pupils, teachers, and school staff, providing them with educational visits, cultural programs, and opportunities to learn about Turkey’s history, traditions, and modern life. Our programs strengthen intercultural understanding and support personal and academic growth.

Job Shadowing

We connect you with the best Turkish partners for your Erasmus+ KA1 projects. Through Vibrante Connect, teachers and school staff can spend a short period—typically 2 to 14 days—at a partner school or educational institution in another European country.

During this time, participants do not teach; instead, they observe lessons, daily routines, and institutional practices. This “learning by observing peers” approach offers first-hand insight into different teaching methods, management styles, and educational practices, inspiring new ideas to bring back to their own schools.
